The Pressure Drops tomorrow night Sept. 23 at The Missouri Lounge in Berkeley, 10p-2a, with Dukey and Dr. Scott. The usual quality selections of '60s and '70s Jamaica on 7", drink specials, and stuff from the grill out back until midnight. A good time guaranteed for all.

CA premiere of "Rocksteady: the Roots of Reggae" This Friday in Oakland (9/24)

The CA premiere of "Rocksteady: the Roots of Reggae," with Stranger Cole, Marcia Griffiths, Hopeton Lewis, Derrick Morgan and many more, will occur Friday Sept. 24th at 9:30pm as part of the 2nd annual Oakland Underground Film Festival.

The screening will take place at The Linden St. Brewery, 95 Linden Street, Suite 7/8 (at W Embarcadero) in Oakland.

Only $10, and possible in-person appearance by session guitarist Hux Brown!
